open run type regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\folder
then see for menushowdelay double click on right side
In the Value Data box, change to default value for the menu speed from 400 to a lesser number,such as 100.
after restart the speed is definietly increases.......
